CONSTITUTION OF THE ELECTION COMMITTEE

The Election Committee was elected by the membership during the Year-end Party on December 6, 2025. Its members are:

Mr. Greg Lemen, Outgoing President
Mr. Rolly Solidum
Mr. Segundo Romero

During its first meeting on Friday, January 2, 2026, the Committee organized itself as follows:

Chairperson: Mr. Segundo Romero
Secretary: Mr. Gerardo Beronio (Andy)
Members: Mr. Greg Lemen and Mr. Rolly Solidum

The Election Committee is mandated by the membership to ensure that the upcoming elections are orderly, transparent, inclusive, and legitimate.

It's official ! We have a new set of BOTs. Newly elected residents / volunteers took their oath as guardians of Ponte Verde Royale.

Geared to take their momentum from the previous administration, the new BOTs vow to do even better. More developmental projects, more homeowner engagements, more fulfilling activities.

BOT Elections

(Feb 2026)

Weeks of preparation for this special day. Feb 28, the Election Committee completed the 2026 elections for the new set of Board of Trustees.

98 of 136 registered voters cast their ballots, not simply to formalize the 8 candidates but to express their sentiments on their choices. Overall, it was a peaceful conduct of the elections.

To the freshly installed BOT for 2026-2028, congratulations !

To the outgoing BOT, thank you for your dedication and services to Ponteverde Royale.
