Metal Tables and Chairs @ The Clubhouse
(Dec 2025)
There are a few places where homeowners can spend their time; at the Park, at the Ridge, or at the Clubhouse.
But did you know that we added metal tables and chairs at the corner of the Clubhouse. Spend time here for a quiet chat with friends or simply just to feel the afternoon breeze under the trees.
Visit the clubhouse. Improvements ongoing.
Exercise Machines
(Nov 2025)
Something physically new is coming soon to our Park and Playground.
Walking, Running, Biking around Ponte Verde is fun. So why not make it more fun. We are installing 'Exercise Machines' to get those limbs firm, waists trim, and hearts whirring.
Cannot wait to try these out ? Watch for it !
Roadways Monitoring
(Aug2025)
A collaboration between Maintenance and the Peace + Order Committees, our security camera system was upgraded with better connectivity, weather-proof distribution boxes, and higher spec equipment.
From five (5) in 2023, we now operate sixteen (16) IP Cameras. Both front and back gates now have more instantaneous awareness.
The security guards are not tasked to view the monitors 24/7, however. Their primary role is to secure our front and back gates, besides alternate roving securities day and night, and to respond to complaints or incidents.
While we have added more visibility of our roadways, we still advise homeowners to be mindful of your properties and the surrounding areas.
Solar Lighting Project (Phase 2)
(Apr2025)
Nope, that's not a Thor wannabee. That's Dondon, our utility personnel, lighting up the 2nd batch of solar lights for our roadways.
We now have a combination of pole-mounted and Meralco post mounted solar lights. This brings to thirty (30) locations with renewable lighting.
Still at 40% out of a projected 75 locations. Nonetheless, we are committed to bringing this to completion to keep our roadways and residences safe and secure.
A collaboration between Maintenance and Peace + Order Committees, lighting is essential help deter unscrupulous people from engaging in criminal activities. That's another story but we're on top of it, as well.
Our next batch will come soon. And there are more projects in the pipeline.
Temporary Stray Enclosure
(Jan 2025)
Cats and Dogs are beings. However, untrained and without hoomans to nurture them, they become strays and pests instead of pets.
They live on food, just like us. And they target any trash they can find. Perhaps if we cover our trash bins or if we place our trash in time for the collectors, we could avert certain disasters.
Nonetheless, they can cause physical and environmental harm. As such, Maintenance re-purposed the trash enclosure into a stray enclosure. How ironic.
Consultations with homeowners are ongoing on how we can support and further improve this project.

Summer Ain't Over. We're Just Getting Started
(May 2025)
Get Fit while having fun.
It's been raining. Save for the heat and the dried earth, this will not allow our spirits to be drenched.
We've prepared a month filled with fitness activities. Starting off with Zumba Marathon, followed by a cool down Night Fun Walk, then some real physical two-day Basketball League for our Men and Boys, and if registration permits, ending with Swimming and Table Tennis clinics.
Your participation would determine how far and how soon we will implement our projects for exercise machines and our multi-purpose tennis court.
See you all. That includes men, women, kids, pets ...

PVRSHAI General Assembly
(May 2025)
Upon the request of some HOs and needless since it is, in fact required by our by-laws, we held our Q2 General Assembly and 2024 Performance Report, last May 10.
The GA began with a report on projects delivered, ongoing projects, and future projects. All within the bounds of 2024 collections, it required meticulous budget and priority planning. And we all did it; Homeowners, BOTs, Committees, and Volunteers. Congratulations to all.
The more common issues discussed revolved around street parking and vehicle access. Issues with no single solution rather a combination of indirect solutions to address the majority.
Other Important Matters.
The OneSide OneWay Use Case for Upper Sweet Gum / Chestnut / Red Oak scheme, garnered the majority vote. More details will be published to formally implement the scheme.
The need for review of our by-laws had a dismal response rate. If we are to push forward, this will definitely hold us back from progress.
There were a few in attendance, a few questions, a few rebuttals, and at the end ... lots of respect for each other.
We hope to see more attendees at our next General Assembly.
