A series of burglaries and attempted break-ins were reported within our community over a span of several weeks, underscoring the need to strengthen our security measures and remain vigilant.
Overgrown vegetation along the western section of our perimeter had obstructed visibility, limiting our security personnel’s ability to conduct effective surveillance and respond promptly to potential intrusions.
The area has since been cleared to improve visibility and access. In the coming weeks, we will also be implementing additional security measures, including improved perimeter lighting, surveillance cameras, and anti-climbing fixtures to deter unauthorized entry and enhance the effectiveness of our security operations.
Community safety is a shared responsibility. Let us remain alert, report suspicious activities promptly, and take the necessary precautions to secure our homes against break-ins. By working together, we can help make Ponte Verde Royale a safer and more secure community for everyone.
(July 2026)
You may have noticed that the familiar hangout spot enjoyed by some of our retirees beside the front gate guardhouse is no longer there.
Unfortunately, its removal was necessary.
As part of our continuing efforts to strengthen community security, we need to ensure that our gate guards remain focused and fully attentive to their duties at all times. Removing potential distractions near the guardhouse helps maintain a more secure and controlled entrance to our community.
But this is not goodbye to our retirees’ cherished gathering spot!
We recognize the value of social interaction, friendship, and active aging in building a vibrant community. We are exploring the possibility of establishing a more suitable and comfortable gathering area for our retirees, along with activities that will encourage fellowship, engagement, and an active lifestyle.
A safer community and a happier, more connected neighborhood go hand in hand. As we improve our security, we remain committed to creating spaces where every generation can feel welcome, valued, and at home.

Love thy neighbor. Build together. Progress as one.
Our Lady of Lourdes Subdivision is more than just our neighboring community; it is a partner with whom we share common values, aspirations, and a vision for a safer, more responsible, and progressive neighborhood.
While Ponte Verde Royale and Our Lady of Lourdes Subdivision continue to operate independently under their respective Homeowners Associations, we recognize that cooperation beyond our individual boundaries can create greater opportunities for both communities.
The establishment of the PVR–OLLS HOA Council marks a step toward strengthening this partnership. By sharing best practices, learning from our collective experiences, and developing sustainable, forward-looking programs, we aim to foster a wider network of responsible, engaged, and cooperative residents.
Among our initial areas of collaboration are strengthening community security, participating in barangay-led activities such as the Barangay Fiesta and Santacruzan, and connecting home-based entrepreneurs with residents across both communities to encourage local enterprise and mutual support.
These initiatives are only the beginning. Through open communication, shared resources, and a common commitment to progress, we hope to build a stronger relationship that benefits not only our homeowners but also the broader community we belong to.
Progress knows no boundaries when neighbors work together. We invite our members to support our Board of Trustees (BOT) in this endeavor as we strengthen our partnership with OLLS—preserving our independence while embracing the greater possibilities that unity can bring.
Together, we are building more than neighboring subdivisions. We are building a stronger community.
