2026 Vehicle Stickering

(Updated April 2026)

One of the most anticipated activities of the year—and a familiar sight at our clubhouse—is the annual gathering of homeowners lining up to claim what may seem like a prized possession.

It's not a gift, concert ticket, or pass to a special event. It's our 2026 PVR Car Sticker!

We extend our sincere thanks to all homeowners who took the time to secure their 2026 vehicle stickers and support our community's security and traffic management initiatives.

The first day saw 148 stickers issued, representing approximately 30% of our target vehicles. By the end of the two-day stickering activity, the total had reached 323 stickers, equivalent to approximately 60% of our target vehicles! This encouraging turnout reflects the willingness of many homeowners to do their part in keeping Ponte Verde Royale organized and secure.

But our work does not end here.

Vehicle stickers help our security personnel identify authorized vehicles and facilitate more efficient entry and exit procedures. We encourage all homeowners to comply—not only to support our security measures but also to enjoy the convenience of a smoother, more orderly gate experience.

If you have concerns or circumstances that have prevented you from obtaining your 2026 stickers, we want to hear from you. Our Board of Trustees (BOT), officers, and committees welcome your feedback so we can better understand your situation and address legitimate concerns.

Safe Main Road

Safe and Secure. Our purpose.

Combined with several ongoing and planned projects, the Safe Main Road initiative is an effort to ensure that the main corridor for all residents, guests, service providers, and emergency vehicles are kept clear for moving traffic.

Our community is growing and we need to prioritize safety and security above all. Safe Main Road is attached to our Safer Community Program.

Q1 2026 Report

The Peace & Order Committee initiated the issuance of 2026 PVR vehicle stickers over two weekends, with approximately 500 stickers issued per weekend for a projected total of 1,000 vehicles. Monitoring and processing of vehicles continue in preparation for the May 15 implementation of the “No Sticker, No Entry” policy.

In addition, stricter policies were initiated regarding the entry of barangay vehicles through Ponte Verde. Barangay vehicles are now required to leave proper identification upon entry to enhance monitoring and security within the village.
