The 2026 Referendum presented our homeowners with a straightforward but consequential choice: YES or NO to the adoption of the 2024 DHSUD-prescribed HOA By-Laws, incorporating the proposed amendments for Ponte Verde Royale Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc. (PVRSHAI).
The ratification of our By-Laws is a critical step toward the re-registration of PVRSHAI as a duly recognized homeowners' association. More than a compliance requirement, our By-Laws serve as the foundation of our governance—defining our purpose, establishing our objectives, setting our direction, and guiding the decisions that shape our community.
This was more than a vote on a document. It was an opportunity for every qualified member to take part in shaping our community's future, strengthening accountability, and reaffirming our shared commitment to responsible and transparent leadership.
Our future is built on the decisions we make together. Every vote counts. Every voice matters. Every member has a stake in the progress of Ponte Verde Royale.
AS OF JUN 30, Yes votes is at 30% while we are still waiting for 185 resident - members to drop their ballots.

Message from the BOT
Dear Fellow Homeowners,
It has been four months since the start of 2026 and three months since your new Board of Trustees (BOT) assumed office. We are pleased to share this first “Ulat sa HOs” to update you on key activities and developments from January to April 2026.
We sincerely thank the previous BOT for ensuring a smooth and orderly transition. Their efforts enabled uninterrupted operations and continued service to our community.
In line with DHSUD directives, the HOA has been restructured. Committee Heads have been appointed separately from the BOT. Moving forward:
The BOT will focus on policy-making, strategic direction, and approval of projects and budgets.
The Committees will recommend initiatives and serve as the implementing arm for approved programs.
Highlights from each Committee during this period are summarized in the attached Committee Reports.
We have also initiated a two-year project and budget planning process (2026–2027) to guide our priorities. Committee proposals are currently being reviewed, and once finalized, these will be shared with all homeowners.
On compliance matters, we have filed our 2025 Income Tax Return with the BIR last Mar 2026—a first for our HOA. We also successfully transitioned from VAT to Non-VAT registration, removing the requirement to collect and remit 12% VAT.
Additionally, in coordination with the BOT of OLLS, we have agreed to establish an HOA Council to address shared concerns and strengthen collaboration between our communities.
